Granite kitchen platform with stainless steel sink & full ht. glazed tile dado above platform. Toilet and bath will have ceramic flooring, glazed tile dado upto 7’ ht. & 4’ht. in WC/Utility. All baths will have diverter. Master bed will have wall hung w.c. with concealed flushing cistern/ flush valve. Granite for all bathroom door frames. Granite jamb for windows on all sides. The building shall have well landscaped area with compound wall. Parking with chequered tiles/trimix flooring/paver block. Municipal water facility. Each room shall have two light points, one fan point, foot light, tow way switches in bedrooms and 2nos. plug point. living & master bed room will have telephone point. cable point shall be provided in living room.
