Sand faced cement plaster externally and neeru finished internally. Three track powder coated  alluminium sliding window (3/4” section) with safety grill. Window grills shall be oil paint. Building externally painted with acrylic / apex paint and internally with oil bond distemper. All door frames & shutters in laminates on flush door. Granite kitchen platform with stainless steel sink & full ht. glazed tile dado above platform. Toilet and bath will have ceramic flooring, glazed tile dado upto 7’ ht. & 4’ht. in WC/Utility. All baths will have diverter and wall hung W.C.with concealed flushing cistern / flush valve. Granite for all bathroom door frames. Granite jamb for windows on all sides. The building shall have well landscaped area with compound wall. Parking with chequered tiles / trimix flooring / paver block. Municipal water facility. Each room shall have two light points, one fan point, foot light, tow way switches in bedrooms and 2nos. plug point. Hall & Master bed room will have telephone cable point. Geyser point will be provided in bath rooms. Terrace will be finished in IPS cement flooring. Concealed electrification polycab wires or equivalent make. Concealed plumbing. Concealed telephone conduits & cable connection. Power back up for lift and landing area.
