All doors, window grills shall be painted with oil paint. Building externally painted with cement paint and internally with oil bond distemper. Granite kitchen platform with stainless steel sink & full ht. glazed tile dado above platform. Toilet and bath will have ceramic flooring, glazed tile dado upto 7’ ht. &8’ht. in WC/Utility. Over counter wash basin in children & master bedroom. Master bedroom and children bedroom will have diverter in bathrooms. Green marble  for all bathroom door frames. Marble/stone jamb for windows.
